Master of Business Administration

Master of Business Administration is an academically rigorous coursework programme that is innovative, practical and globally relevant. Our MBA curriculum combines personalised leadership development with a strategised multidisciplinary approach to provide a broad understanding of theories with real world issues beyond the boundaries of textbooks.

Academic Requirement

1. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, or its equivalent qualifications as approved by the HEP Senate; OR
2. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA below 2.00 but not reaching CGPA 2.50, or its equivalent qualifications, may be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
3. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent in a non-related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as approved by the HEP Senate, and with related working experience, may be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
4. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent in a non-related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as approved by the HEP Senate and without related working experience may be accepted subject to passing pre-requisite courses.

Additional Requirement for International Students

• International students must achieve a minimum score of 5.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Malaysian University English Test (MUET) with Band 3.5 or its equivalent.
• Exemption: Students whose previous education was in the English medium can be exempted from the IELTS requirement by providing a Letter of Medium of Instruction.
